At Vital Home Care, we believe that everyone has the right to expert care. If you or your loved one are on full Medicaid or eligible for the Aged and Disabled Waiver, then our services are free. If you are not sure of your eligibility status, as partners of the Indiana State Family Social Services Administration, the Indiana Division of Aging, and the Indiana Department of Health, we can help you navigate the application process and verify your qualifications for other social services.

As experienced professionals, we know that each individual has unique needs when it comes to their care, which is why we collaborate with our clients or their proxy to develop a care plan that fits their specific needs. With Vital Home Care, you can rest assured that you or your loved ones are in expert hands.

Our history: Decades of experience

Established in 2016, Vital Home Care is a family-owned agency with years of experience in the home care industry. We are affiliated with several personal care aide agencies across multiple states, all owned and operated by our family for over two decades.

While Vital Home Care only offers non-medical services, such as homemaking and transportation, we have strong partnerships with reputable medical home health care agencies that can provide skilled nursing and therapeutic services.

Our company is designed based on the evidence-based theoretical framework of person-centered planning (PCP). We believe that clients should actively participate in planning their care and collaborate with their in-home care agency to tailor solutions to their needs. When the client is unable to participate, their proxy, someone who cares deeply about their well-being, steps in with the necessary knowledge and understanding.
